Ballroom Social Group

In The Ballroom Social group was set up by Warwick Town Council with the support of Heritage Lottery ‘Awards for All Funding’, The King Henry VIII Endowed Trust, Warwick and the Court House’s Unlocking Warwick Volunteers.

If you have time on your hands and wish to involve yourself in your local community in a beautiful environment, meet new people, or know others who would benefit from getting out a little more then come to this regular event. Only £2 per person, per session, to include tea and cake.

  • 6th December 2018 – Christmas Carols Sing Along with Choir
  • 9th January 2019 – Ann O’Flanagan, The story of the Wallace Collection
  • 13th February 2019 – Bingo & Beetle Drive
  • 13th March 2019 – Trevor Langley, If walls could talk
  • 10th April 2019 – History of Guys Cliffe Walled Garden
  • 8th May 2019 – Canal talk by Roger Butler
  • 12th June 2019 – Afternoon tea with entertainment

Also there are Tea and Dance Lessons, a social gathering suitable for beginners. These sessions cost only £2.50 per person, per lesson, to include tea and cake. Organised by Warwick Town Council and Unlocking Warwick. Dance partners are not essential for this event.
