The Court House is a Grade I listed building in Warwick town centre owned and run by Warwick Town Council. The Court House Team require a detail orientated event coordinator to support their busy calendar of events which includes weddings, conferences, private parties, concerts, fundraisers and community events.
The ideal candidate has two years’ event co-ordination and administration experience. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, to create event plans, maintain supplier relationships and ensure all events run smoothly. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends is essential. (You will be required to work two Saturdays per month).
This role supports the business development and financial functions of the business. As a tight knit team, good communication skills and a positive attitude are essential. This role is contracted for 60 hours a month.
Responsibilities & Duties
· Coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers during event planning
. Adhere to event procedures and maintain administrative files
. Track event key performance areas and identify items to work on for future events
. Offer exemplary customer service and attention to detail
Skills & Required Experience
· Highly organised
· Computer literate – MS Suite, Dropbox, Google Drive
· Ability to work independently
· Capable of working with internal and external teams and partners
· Experience coordinating events
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work to deadlines
Job Type: Part-time. Subject to a successful probationary period the candidate will enjoy the benefits of the Town Council Pension scheme and Green book terms. The role is set at pay scale 21
