Update – Please be advised the temporary one-way traffic flow on Millers Road will be extended for an additional week due to complications on site. (Published Friday 4th October)
Warwickshire County Council has made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to impose a temporary one-way traffic flow on Millers Road and Guys Cross Park Road, in a westerly direction as indicated below:
|Millers Road||One-way westerly from its junction with Guys Cross Park Road to its junction with Wathen Road||10th September 2019
4th October 2019
|No Left Turn from Scar Bank onto Millers Road
No Right Turn from Wathen Road on to Millers Road
|Guys Cross Park Road||One-way westerly from its junction with Piers Close to its junction with Millers Road||7th October 2019
14th November 2019
|No Left Turn from Piers Close, Cross Fields Road, Cornwall Close, Arundell Close, Pembroke Close on to Guys Cross Park Road
No Right Turn from Lakin Road, Gaveston Close on to Guys Cross Park Road
The temporary one-way traffic flow is required to enable water main repair/reneral work without closing the road.
The Order will commence on 10th September 2019 and will last for a period of 18 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 14th November 2019.
